Netrix Capital Referral Agent Terms of Service

These terms govern your participation in the Netrix Capital Referral Agent program and your use of Netrix University. By creating an account you agree to act honestly and professionally, to represent yourself accurately as a referral source and not as a lender, and to follow the compliance and conduct standards taught in this program.

You agree not to quote loan terms, promise or guarantee approvals, or misrepresent any deal to a borrower, a lender, or Netrix. You agree to protect borrower information and to operate within the business-purpose and commercial lending scope of the program.
